Membership

The best way to become a member is to attend a membership meeting.
These are held the first Wednesday of each month at 7:00 pm (All applicants must be on site to fill out the application by 6:30 pm or you could be delayed a month having your application read.)  The meeting in December is the 2nd Wednesday. There is a one-time initiation fee of $100, yearly dues for an individual are $95, for a family $130. Family members are always welcome and can come with the member. Family memberships allow the spouse voting rights and the ability to shoot on any of the ranges without the other member. You must attend a range use certification class in order to use any of the ranges, and valid range use badges must be displayed when using any of the ranges. These are held immediately after each meeting and last about 1 hour. The club offers various range facilities: 100-200-yd rifle range, 50-yd 50-meter rifle range, pistol range, trap, indoor and outdoor archery facilities. We also offer youth firearms on the 1st & 3rd Mondays and youth archery on the 2nd & 4th Thursday. Youth archery is held June until the middle of September. There is currently no waiting list. If you have questions, please contact Mike Schaeffer, membership secretary, at 301-991-1732.
